Kiran Bhatraju is an entrepreneur and environmentalist from eastern Kentucky coal country. He is the Founder & CEO of Arcadia, a climate crisis-fighting technology company unlocking access to clean energy options for consumers and businesses across the U.S. Before Arcadia, Kiran founded American Efficient, which aggregated energy efficiency in wholesale power markets. He previously worked as a legislative aide to Congressman John Yarmuth and authored Mud Creek Medicine: The Life of Eula Hall and the Fight for Appalachia. Kiran serves on the boards of AppHarvest and the World Wildlife Fund National Council and holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
