To achieve this, all components of a fusion power plant need to be built so that when fusion energy becomes a reality, we have the industry, infrastructure, and processes in place to distribute the power, and it has to be cost competitive. This is exactly what Bob Mumgaard, Co-Founder and CEO of Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS), is building. Bob Mumgaard is the CEO of Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) which is paving the way for a future of clean unlimited fusion energy. Since co-founding CFS in 2018, Bob has grown the company to more than 600 employees and raised more than $2B from some of the world’s leading investors.
